It is with profound sadness that the family of Mary Anne Coleman announce her passing on August 25, 2022 at the age of 69 years old. She spent her final days surrounded by her family and close friends at the Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, Florida.

Mary Anne will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kathleen Mary, Jean Marie, and Daniel Joseph. She will also be dearly missed by her sisters Anne Kiernan and Margaret Wallace, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Johanna Wallace, and her brother, James Wallace, Jr.

Mary Anne was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 30, 1953, the youngest of four children. Hardworking and goal driven, Mary Anne earned her degree in accounting at St. Francis, followed by her CPA. She continued her career on Long Island in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, where she raised her three children. Following her retirement in 2017, she moved to Lewes, Delaware, followed by The Villages, Florida.

Mary Anne loved socializing with others. No matter where she went she made great friends. You were blessed to have counted her as a friend. She loved staying active. As a young mother she taught aerobics classes and later in life earned her personal training certification. In retirement she loved participating in line dancing, Mahjong, and pickleball.

Memorial Donations may be made in Mary Anne’s name to the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
