Ellen St. C. Akers (nee St. Clair), Age 77, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania passed away April 15, 2021.

Beloved wife of Donald Richard “Dick”; loving mother of Brian (Susie) and Amy Teets (Robin); dear grandmother of Alex, Jonathan, Matthew, Lauren, Isabella; sister of Bess Cochran and Cynthia St. Clair; preceded in death by her parents Walter and Sally (nee St. Clair).

Ellen was a proud graduate of Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and worked as both a Social Worker and Teacher’s Assistant for those that needed special care and support.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org would be appreciated.  Condolences may be shared at www.jfkdls.com for the Akers and Teets families.
