Jerome H. “Jerry” Banaszak

Jerome H. “Jerry” Banaszak, 75, of The Villages, FL passed away July 23, 2019 in Wildwood, FL.

He was born to the late Walter and Anne (Melick) Banaszak on February 20, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA. Jerry was a retired High School teacher and basketball coach of many years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards any chance he could. Jerry was preceded in death by his step daughter, Lyndsey McKee and brother, Walt Banaszak.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela; son, Bart Banaszak of North Carolina; step sons, Mark and Matt Dobrasky both of Ohio; brother, Richard Banaszak of Pennsylvania; 2 grandchildren; 16 nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Banaszak will be at a later date in Ohio. Arrangements under the care of Beyers Funeral Home and Crematory, Lady Lake, FL.
