80-year-old woman reports theft of golf cart from her carport

An 80-year-old woman reported the theft of a golf cart from her carport at her home in Summerfield.

She said the white 1987 EZ-GO golf cart with white seats was taken from her home between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Tuesday, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The golf cart is valued at $1,000.
