67-year-old man allegedly caught on cell phone violating injunction

A 67-year-old Fruitland Park man was arrested for violating an injunction for protection after the victim recorded him with her cell phone.

Patrick Alan Bunce allegedly went to a residence at 1:50 p.m. Sunday and made contact with a woman who had obtained a court-ordered injunction against him.

She turned the cell phone video over to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and signed an order to prosecute.

Bunce was booked at the Lake County Jail. He is due for arraignment April 14 in Lake County Court.
