55+ yearly rental apartments

To the Editor:

I am so happy they are building the 55+ rental apartments. We love the location being so close to the square and a dog park close by. We now live in Jacksonville. We sold our home and are now renting very close to the town center where we walk through every evening after we eat at one of the many restaurants. Only negative is it is not 55+. Young people are not considerate of others. They are loud and messy. With our age and health, we no longer want the hassle of home maintenance. It is a perfect location at Brownwood Square. We will be one of the first renters, if possible, when they open.
