$5,000 reward offered for information in death of Royal woman

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information about the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old Wildwood woman during a card game on the night of Oct. 17 in Royal.

Rhea Shontee Moore was shot at about 8:30 p.m. and transported by EMS personnel to Ocala Regional Medical Center where she died at 11:41 p.m.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office had been called to 9688 County Road 235 after shots were fired and Moore had been found lying on her back under a large canopy where a group of people had been playing cards.
