Reduce rates for Villagers using fewer amenities

To the Editor:

Perhaps the amenity fee can be lower for people who no longer use the recreational amenities. Maybe their ID card would indicate that, similar to using the RV storage area. Of course, they would still be paying a partial amenity fee for the other services we receive, i.e., gate attendants, common area maintenance, etc.
