Who should share in cost of flooring at Savannah Center?

To the Editor:

Regarding the proposal for replacing floors at Savanah Center at a cost of $800K: It makes me wonder how much the production companies pay for the use of the venue. It seems that this revenue would cover the cost of repairs and improvements. It seems like common sense. Who’s footing the bill?
