This golf cart was parked in a zone meant to accommodate the handicapped at Southern Trace Plaza.

Once again, those diagonal lines are there to indicate that the zone is designed to aid the handicapped who might need to unload with the use of wider doors or ramps. Parking in that area creates an obstacle for the handicapped.
