A member of the Parking Patrol watched as a woman parked this car behind Cal’s Barber Shop at Brownwood. The woman reportedly picked up her bag and went into the nearby gym for a workout.
She was fortunate enough to park in the shade, but all of the other cars had to go around her vehicle.
