To the Editor:

Do not replace the windmill and water tower. They served their purpose at Brownwood’s inception.
People will continue coming to the Brownwood square without these decorations being replaced.
P S. Corten steel has a sad history of initial rusting issues. Just ask the people who built the John Hancock building in downtown Chicago.
