A Wildwood woman was arrested in an alleged attack on her live-in man friend she suspected of cheating on her.
Ashley Lynn Morrison, 24, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery Monday night at the Pine Grove Apartments on U.S. 301, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
She suspected her man friend of cheating on her and demanded to see his phone. He went into the apartment to look for his phone and Morrison “got mad” and jumped onto his back, the report said. She punched him “multiple times” with her fists and scratched his chest.
They live together and have children in common, the report noted.
She was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center on $500 bond.
