Edna Moreland

Mrs. Edna L. Moreland, 99, of Wildwood, went to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. Mrs. Moreland was born January 20, 1921 in Key West. She is a devoted Christian and member of the First Baptist Church of Wildwood, Fla., who loved her Lord and Savior, her family, dear friends, and untiring care givers.

Edna was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Moreland; parents, Florence & Joseph Hancock; brothers, Buford (Jerre) & Clifford (Martha) Hancock, nieces, Judy Hancock and Annette Hough. She is survived by her loving nieces, Phyllis Murray, Patty Marcadis (Nathan), Sandy Harmon; Great nieces and nephews, Michael L. Jones (Tam), Todd Fernandez, Michael and Joseph Harmon, Tammy Ponds (Al), Bryan Hough, Kevin, Scott, and Pamela Murray and Julie Stiff; “Great-Great” nieces & nephews, “Great-Great- Great” nephews. Devoted caregivers and friends, Maryanne & Kenny Tapp, Linda Maddox, Helen & Ray Stone and many other caring friends.

Thanks to the health care workers that tried to make her life easier.

Due to the covid-19 a memorial service to be announced at a later date. Burial will be next to her husband in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
