To the Editor:
We need the community’s help. My name is Rob Parrish and I have the privilege to be Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 143. The troop has already produced 19 Eagle Scouts with many more to come on the horizon.
We currently have 37 scouts and as you can imagine we need more room and a new trailer. We have a unique opportunity to resolve our issue but unfortunately we don’t have the funds necessary. Any questions, contact me at (352) 267-2953
It is BSA policy that scouts and scouting units never solicit donations from any person or business.
If someone, out of the kindness of their heart, wants to make a reasonable donation, we can accept it.
