A sex offender from Delaware has registered a permanent address at Water Oak.
Bryce Levi Coviello, 31, on Sept. 3 registered an address at 304 Balsam Circle in the 55+ community of manufactured homes on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 in Lady Lake, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Coviello was convicted in 2007 in Sussex, Del., of a third degree charge of unlawful sexual contact.
