Glenn Johnson

Glenn Patrick Johnson, 70, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019, in Lady Lake, Fl. Glenn was born to Stanley (Pat) and Claire Johnson in Kitchener, Ontario, on June 4, 1949. He grew up with a hockey stick in his hand and skates on his feet. He was a 2-sport college star at St. Lawrence University in N.Y. (hockey & football). He played hockey professionally in Texas & Pennsylvania for several years.

Glenn was a friendly soul to everyone he met and always had a smile on his face. He loved spending his days in The Villages playing pickle ball and relaxing by the pool. His jovial spirit and sense of humor will be missed.

He is survived by his loving daughter Nicole (Steve); grandchildren, Oliver and Hannah; brothers Dave and Gary; nieces Amy and Lauren; nephew Mark. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Claire; and sister-in-law, Judy.

Memorial service will be held in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON, at a later date.
