Two Q-and-A sessions set this month for residents of CDD 4

Don Deakin

Two question-and-answer sessions will be held this month for residents of Community Development District 4.

Both will be hosted by Don Deakin, CDD 4 supervisor and Amenity Authority Committee representative.

The first will be at 7 p.m. Monday, June 10 and the second will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 13. Both meetings will be held at Mulberry Grove Recreation Center.

In order to improve communications, each month residents have an opportunity to “chat” with a supervisor in CDD 4. Residents are able to sit down together to discuss any topics they would like pertaining to CDD 4.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide residents with the opportunity to ask questions, get answers, share their concerns, offer suggestions and address rumors.

These question-and-answer sessions provide an informal setting with no agenda, no scheduled speakers and no microphones.

• All meetings are held at Mulberry Grove Recreation Center
• Meetings begin at 7 p.m. and end at 9 p.m. (Residents are invited to attend the entire meeting to listen to other residents’ questions, but each resident may arrive and depart on their own schedule.)
• Because residents choose the topics, each meeting will be different.

For more information, call Deakin at 750-5395; or send an email to:  DRDeakin@aol.com  or Don.Deakin@DistrictGov.org.
