Roger Graves

Roger A. Graves, age 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16th, 2019, at Promise Hospital in Oxford, FL. He was born May 9th, 1951, in Leesburg, FL, to Raymond and Mary Graves. He graduated from Leesburg High School, and served in the United States Navy. He was a telephone technician, and retired from Century Link Communications in 2012. Roger was a loving Husband and Father, Pa-Pa, and Brother. He cared deeply for others and was always ready with a joke or story. He was the type of man who would gladly give you the shirt off his back. 

Roger is survived by his wife Gail Graves, daughters Tiffany Schwartz and Tonya Leydig, son Brent Harris, brother Ray Graves, Sister Carolyn Drake, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandchildren. 

Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Roger are invited to the Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 W. Main Street, Leesburg, FL, from 10AM – 10:45 AM on Friday, March 22nd, to grieve, share stories, and reflect on a life well lived. There will be a short service at 10:45 AM at the funeral home. Roger will be interred in the Veteran’s Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, with a military committal service at 12:30 PM.
