James Allen Eaton

James Allen Eaton, of Weirsdale, FL, went to his Heavenly home Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospice House in The Villages, Florida. James was a 2009 graduate of Leesburg High School, a member of Central Baptist Church of Leesburg, and was in management at Publix store #447 at Spanish Springs in The Villages. He loved his church, his wife and family to the fullest and was a fan of the Florida Gators and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

James is survived by his wife, Wendy Marie (Moon) Eaton, of Weirsdale, his mother, Sheila (Darrell) Branstetter, of London, KY, father, Tim (Debra) Eaton, of Fruitland Park, FL, brothers, Jerrod (Shay) Eaton, of McKee, KY, and Johnny (Meghan) Dean, of Umatilla, FL, grandmother, Shelby Jean Riggs, of London, KY, Godchildren, Emalynn and Waylon Dean, of Umatilla, FL, Godparents, Shawn and Ashly Miller, of Edenton, NC, Mother-in-law, Winnie Boyer, of Weirsdale, FL, brother-in-law and best friend, Vaughn Currinder, of Weirsdale, FL, step-siblings, Tim Branstetter, Tawyana Mounce and Bridget Marlow, of London, KY, and Erin Hansen, of Tampa, Florida, uncles, Jeramy Riggs, of Orange County, CA, Tom (Evie) Eaton, of Winter Park, FL, and Bob (Trina) Eaton, of Murphysboro, IL, Aunt Klieta Bagwell, Moulton, AL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Denzil M. Riggs and Bob and Joan Eaton, and his stepbrother, Michael Hansen. Pallbearers are Jerrod Eaton, Johnny Dean, Jeramy Riggs, Shawn Miller, Vaughn Currinder and Brandon Edwards.

A viewing will be held Friday, December 14, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Central Baptist Church in Leesburg, FL. A celebration of life will be Saturday, December 15 at noon, also at Central Baptist Church, Pastor Jay Williams officiating.
