Janice Aline Fort, 78, of Oxford, FL, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Mrs. Fort was born March 28, 1940 in Leesburg to Elmore Malone and Aline Winifred (Hall) Lucas.

Janice has lived here all her life and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Oxford. She loved baking and working on puzzles.

Survivors include her sons, Bobby Fort of Leesburg and Donald Fort of Lake Panasoffkee; sister, Joy Fore (Philip) of Oxford; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Janice was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ethan L. Fort and 2 daughters, Sherry Franz and Nichole Fort.
