Sumter County Sheriff’s Office issues bulletin for ‘armed and dangerous’ man

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has issued a bulletin for an “armed and dangerous” man.

The sheriff’s office communications center on Wednesday afternoon received a call in reference to a gunshot victim at 8105 Mizell St. in Coleman.

The caller advised a man had been shot; however, was unable to provide any further details, according to the sheriff’s office.

Sought in the incident is 20-year-old Jacob McCormic.
