The Shell station at Colony Plaza on County 466 a was out of gasoline as of 5:30 p.m. Tuesday with the exception of a couple of pumps which still had premium.
The manager said a number of stations in the area have run out of gas.
The Shell station hopes to get some in later tonight around midnight.
Villagers have been filling up their tanks in anticipation of the arrival of Hurricane Irma.
And, of course, water was also in short supply.
