The Villages Theater Company donates $13,000 to area schools, camp and cancer causes

The Villages Theater Company recently donated $13,000 to area schools and other causes.

The Villages Theater Company donated $3,000 to The Villages Elementary of Lady Lake and $3,000 to Operation Bless Fruitland Park Elementary.

The theater group also donated $3,000 to the Boys & Girls Club, $1,000 to Cancer Research Institute, $1,000 to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and $2,000 to Camp Boggy Creek.

The money was raised through recent productions.
