A 20-year-old Wildwood man already on probation was arrested after he was spotted sleeping next to a bong.
A Sumter County sheriff’s deputy had been investigating a separate incident when the deputy was invited into a home in the 300 block of Hall Street in Wildwood. Inside, Darren Michael Frasier was spotted, sleeping near a bong, according to an arrest report. He had been using the bong to smoke methamphetamine, the arrest report indicated.
Frasier was arrested on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was already on probation as the result of a conviction on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
He was booked without bond at the Sumter County Detention Center.
