Lady Lake man ordered to serve jail time for driving with no license

A 24-year-old Lady Lake man was ordered to serve nine days in jail after he was arrested for driving without a license.

Antonio Sandoval Marquez of 415 Winners Circle was arrested earlier this month. Marquez, who was born in Mexico, has never had a driver’s license, according to arrest records.

He entered a plea of no contest to the charge this past week in Lake County Court and was ordered to serve nine days in jail.

In 2013, Marquez had been arrested in Groveland on a charge of driving under the influence. In 2010, Marquez was arrested in Fruitland Park on a charge of driving without a valid license.
