Lady Lake police arrested a 40-year-old man Monday whose license has been suspended due to his failure to pay child support.

Jesse John Rodriguez of Inverness was stopped at 10:55 a.m. on Griffin View Drive when he was driving a vehicle with inoperable brake lights, according to an arrest report.

The police officer determined that Rodriguez’s license had been suspended in April for failure to pay child support.

He was booked at the Lake County Jail and later released after posting $1,000 bond.
