24-year-old Villages resident held without bond at Lake County Jail

A 24-year-old Villages resident is being held without bond at the Lake County Jail on a probation violation.

Nancy Mary Michelle Gogain of 865 Baisly Trail had been sentenced to 36 months probation after pleading no contest Nov. 3, 2014 to charges of dealing in stolen property and falsification of ownership to a pawn broker. She was also ordered to pay fines and court costs of $1,090, according to Lake County Court files.

Gogain was booked last week at the Sumter County Detention Center and transferred Wednesday to the Lake County Jail.

She is due back in Lake County Court on Aug. 28.
