Villages High School hoops star revokes verbal commitment to Wyoming

Villages High School basketball star Eric Turner has  decided to revoke his verbal commitment to the University of Wyoming, according to a report from the Casper Star-Tribune.

Turner told the Star-Tribune on Tuesday night that he is still considering Wyoming, but wanted to take time to re-evaluate his decision.

The VHS star has also received scholarship offers from Texas Tech, George Mason, Houston, Charlotte, Central Florida and Florida International. He verbally committed to Wyoming on Sept. 10.

Turner had been the third Florida player to commit to Wyoming, alongside guard Justin James and forward Andrew Moemeka.
