A 31-year-old woman who lives with her parents in The Villages was arrested after she walked out on an unpaid tab at World of Beer.

Meagan Bryson was stopped by police as she walked in Spanish Springs Town Square after leaving World of Beer without paying a $28 tab early Friday morning. Bryson, who appeared to be intoxicated, cursed at police and even took a swing at an officer, according to an arrest report.

She was arrested on a charge of disorderly intoxication. She was booked at the Lake County Jail on $500 bond.

It was Bryson’s third arrest this year in The Villages.

Earlier this year, she was sentenced to 12 months probation after allegedly taking her father’s vehicle on an unauthorized beer run. In addition to being sentenced to 12 months probation, Bryson has been ordered to stay away from alcohol, seek alcohol evaluation and recommended treatment, and complete eight hours of anger management counseling.

In January, she had also been arrested after an incident at Gator’s Dockside in Spanish Springs Town Square. You can read more about that arrest HERE
