A Village of Summerhill man was jailed after his arrest last week at a restaurant in Spanish Springs Town Square.

Kevin Joseph Boudreau Jr., 38, who lives on Ashbrook Place, was arrested Oct. 10 following the incident at Amerikanos Grille.

He repeatedly flipped his middle finger at the bartender and customers in the restaurant, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. He had been drinking.

An officer offered Boudreau the opportunity to have someone come pick him up, however, Boudreau argued with the officer.

He was arrested on a charge of disorderly intoxication and booked at the Lake County Jail.

Boudreau was arrested earlier this month after an incident at RJ Gator’s in Lake Sumter Landing. You can read about that arrest HERE
