A Villager was arrested for the fourth time this year after he was found on Villages’ property from which he has been banned.

Richard Hendricks was found Sunday at the Rio Grande Family Pool.

He was spotted walking to his golf cart after he left the pool. The police officer reminded Hendricks that he has been banned from all Villages’ facilities. Hendricks began to complain of health problems and was transported to The Villages Regional Hospital by Lake EMS. He was issued a notice to appear in court on a charge of trespassing.
