Village of Alhambra residents will have a chance to hear an update on a sinkhole-drained pond that has angered many residents.

Community Development District 2 Supervisor Bill Schikora has invited District Property Management head Sam Wartinbee to a question-and-answer session set for 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28 at Savannah Center.
Seating will be limited to 75.

Lago De Leon has been drained by a series of sinkholes in the Village of Alhambra.
