Teen employee arrested after taking money from cash registers at Kohl’s

A teen employee was arrested after taking money from the cash registers at Kohl’s.

The 17-year-old took a total of $620 from the store’s registers during the months of June and July, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department. He was captured on store surveillance putting the money into his pocket.

In addition, he stole $383 in merchandise, including shoes, clothing and food.

He was arrested on July 20 and ultimately turned over to the custody of his parents.
