Several Villages golf courses forced to close due to heavy rain

The Villages District Office has announced that due to the extensive rainfall received and the need to lower the water level of the basins, the following courses will be closed until further notice.
• Orange Blossom
• Hacienda – All 27
• Evan’s Prairie – All 27
• Belle Glade – Calusa only
• Bonifay – Pensacola only
• Hilltop
• Escambia
• Sweetgum
• Heron
• Sandhill
