A popular Villages Starbucks has closed its doors while it renovates through the month of August.

The coffee shop, located at 874 N. U.S Highway 441, plans to offer more interior dining space in an upgraded, contemporary space.

The Starbucks on U.S. Hwy 441 in Lady Lake will undergo renovations in August.

Employees from the location will work at other locations throughout Lake and Sumter counties during the renovations.

The other locations in The Villages (i.e., Rolling Acres Plaza and Lake Sumter Landing) will remain open during the renovations.

According to a 2013 report from the Seattle Times, Starbucks renovates and remodels their locations at least once every 10 years.
