Norman Franklin Gracy Jr.

Norman Franklin Gracy, Jr., 83, Leesburg, Florida, passed away on April 3, 2016 at Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Leesburg, Florida. Mr. Gracy was born on November 6, 1932 in Charleston, South Carolina to his parents Norman F. Gracy, Sr. and Laura Elizabeth (Ezell) Gracy. He was a retired Pilot / Flight Instructor for Simu-Flite. He was also a retired Major from the U.S. Air Force serving as a Pilot / Flight Instructor. He moved to Leesburg in 1993 from Virginia and was of the Christian faith. He was a member of A.O.P.A. (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association), E.A.A. (Experimental Aircraft Association), Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Moose Club. He loved flying, photography, radio controlled modeling and blue grass music. He is survived by his children: John Gracy, Jennifer Candotti of Switzerland, Stephen (Linda) Yuele of Ann Arbor, MI; a grandchild: Marco Candotti of Switzerland.
