Too many young people living, committing crimes in The Villages

To the Editor:

It seems to me that most of the crime and unacceptable behavior in The Villages is committed by persons under the age of 55. In other words, young adults living with their parents or relatives. I thought this was a community or retirees of 55 years or older. When Community Watch goes around enforcing the removal of pink flamingos from residents’ lawns, more needs to be done about this problem. I haven’t heard a peep from the administration.
