A 25-year-old Oxford man riding a bicycle was arrested early Sunday morning when he was found to be in possession of drugs.

Zachary Ryan Holly was riding a bicycle without lights at about 3 a.m. on NE 43rd Way, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.

In his pocket and in a backpack, police found Oxycodone, a pipe for smoking methamphetamine, marijuana and Buprenorphine hydrochloride.

He was arrested and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $6,000.

Holly was arrested twice in 2015. In the first arrest, which you can read about HERE, he was pulled over near Brownwood. Later in the year, he was arrested in connection with an alleged fraud at Wal-Mart at Buffalo Ridge Plaza. You can read about that incident HERE
