‘Luminary Walk’ casts holiday glow through Lady Lake

From above, the decorations and lights that engulf the Lady Lake Log Cabin are a brilliant palette of colors. With the addition of a candlelight “Luminary Walk” this past Thursday, the setting created a glow that easily lit up the city.

The Luminary Walk and lights that fill the park take over a month to set up every year. Although some of the lights can remain in the larger trees year round, the vast majority of the lights must be strung up every year. And every year, Lady Lake Parks and Recreation staff tend to overdo themselves.

This year’s Luminary Walk was no exception.
