A Lady Lake cleaning lady was arrested after she allegedly went on a spending spree with a frail, elderly client’s credit cards.
Betsy J. Felske, 32 of Sandra Jaikin Cleaning is facing charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, petit theft of credit cards and grand theft following her arrest Sunday at her home on Genius Court.
The victim, who suffers many health problems and is on oxygen, told Lake County sheriff’s deputies that she suspected Felske had stolen her credit cards.
Felske allegedly ran up a total of $982.12 in charges, including ordering a Samsung Galaxy cell phone and two cases this past Wednesday from Amazon, according to an arrest report.
She was also arrested last month after she allegedly stole jewelry from another client and pawned it.
She was free on $9,000 bond at the time of her arrest this weekend.
