Lady Lake man jailed on $2,500 bond

A 40-year-old Lady Lake man has been jailed on $2,500 bond following his arrest Wednesday by Eustis police on charges of simple battery and retail theft.

Marc Justin Nappi of 40200 Grays Airport Road has two prior retail theft convictions, according to Lake County Sheriff’s Office records.

He is due for arraignment Sept. 15 in Lake County Court.
