Lady Lake man jailed after exposing himself to 80-year-old greeter at Wal-Mart

Justin Lee Freeman

A Lady Lake man was jailed after reportedly exposing himself to an 80-year-old greeter at Wal-Mart in Leesburg.

Justin Lee Freeman, 28, on Friday entered the store through the exit door, walked directly to the optical department and put on a pair of sunglasses, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. He attempted to leave the store when the greeter instructed Freeman to return the sunglasses. He unzipped his pants and exposed himself to the woman.

Law enforcement located Freeman and took him to the police station for processing. While there, Freeman stuck his tongue out at a female prisoner and fondled himself in front of her.

He was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure and booked at the Lake County Jail on $2,000 bond.

Freeman has had numerous encounters with law enforcement.

Freeman had been arrested last year by Lady Lake police after he was spotted shining a flashlight in the windows of homes.

In 2016, Freeman served 29 days in jail after attempting to steal a bottle of whiskey from Winn-Dixie on Bichara Boulevard in The Villages.
