Justin Freeman

A Lady Lake man was arrested after he was spotted looking through windows and shining a flashlight.

A Lady Lake police officer responded at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday to the 300 block of Orange Street and took 28-year-old Justin Freeman into custody on a charge of loitering and prowling.

At the time of the arrest, Freeman had a small pack which contained a punch and chisel, a change of shorts and a single glove.

He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $500 bond.

Last year, Freeman served 29 days in jail after attempting to steal a bottle of whiskey from Winn-Dixie on Bichara Boulevard in The Villages.
