A 36-year-old Wildwood man has been arrested on felony charges after allegedly burglarizing his ex-girlfriend’s home in Lakeside Landings.

Joshua James Hall is accused of entering the home on Bowline Court sometime Thursday or Friday and taking three flat-screen televisions, Xbox, Google tablet, 30 Verizon cellular phones, jewelry and other items, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.

A police officer conducted a traffic stop on Hall who then fled the scene. A police K-9 was able to detain Hall. The police officer found a bag of cell phones in Hall’s vehicle, the report indicated.

He was arrested on charges of residential burglary, grand theft and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.

He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center where bond was set at $15,500.

At the time of his arrest, Hall was out on bond on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
