If you have been traveling westbound on County Road 466A, you may have noticed the progress at the Trailwinds Village development over the first few months of 2017.
Crews are busy at work on the new development and have already erected roadside signage.
When finished, the development will include 19 commercial lots, two office lots, one assisted living center parcel and a 165-acre residential tract that will be subdivided. Overall, the development will provide for 296 homes, 462 assisted living beds, 572,750 square feet of retail space and 151,500 square feet of office space.
