A busy tunnel in The Villages has flooded again.

Golf carts have been slowly and carefully traveling through the high water in the tunnel at Mariposa Way and Morse Boulevard, not far from the bridge at Lake Sumter.

The tunnel at Mariposa Way and Morse Boulevard has flooded again.

The water at Lake Sumter is exceedingly high thanks to Hurricane Irma last month and heavy rains over the past several days.

Some golf carts (not Street Legal) have been opting to use the roundabout at Mariposa Way and Morse Boulevard, rather than risk traveling through the high water.

Golf course deserves a failing grade
