Benjamin Elliott Murtagh, 24, of Belleview passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 in The Villages. Ben was a native of Melbourne, Florida and moved to this area from Port Charlotte. Ben loved working as an Auto Body Technician at . He enjoyed rebuilding and riding his motorcycle. Ben was active at Souls Harbor First Pentecostal Church. He loved to make people laugh. Survivors include his parents William III and Donna Murtagh of Belleview; brother and sister in law William IV and Fawn Murtagh of Gainesville; maternal grandparents Norman and Jeanne Elliott, of Port Charlotte, FL; paternal grandparents William II and Carmen Murtagh of Highpoint, NC; paternal grandparents Nancy and Harry Dougan of Clermont, FL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Junior Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor New York, NY 10004.
